Paid for Express, Got Endless Excuses: A 3-Week Nightmare 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. My experience was a complete disaster, and I feel utterly ripped off. I needed new glasses urgently after my old pair broke, so I paid extra for their express 3-5 day shipping. Weeks went by with nothing but excuses. After the whole ordeal, I had to share my final conclusion online: "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" My frustration boiled over, leading me to contact their customer service to demand answers.
Customer: My order was placed on March 30th. I paid for express 3-5 day shipping. It is now day 11 and my order is still listed as 'in production'. This is completely unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this delay. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you immediately?
Customer: It’s XXXXXXX. I don't just want an update, I want to know why I paid for express service that I'm clearly not receiving. I need those glasses. I want my shipping fee refunded.
CS Rep: I understand completely. I've located your order and I see the delay. I sincerely apologize. I am processing the $10 refund for your shipping right now. Unfortunately, it does look like the glasses are still estimated to be another 6 days out for delivery.
Customer: Another six days? Are you kidding me? That'll be nearly three weeks! This is my last time ordering from you. This is an awful way to treat a customer.
CS Rep: I know this is incredibly frustrating, and you have every right to be upset. I have processed the shipping refund. Is there anything else I can possibly do to assist you today?
