When it came time for them to fix an issue, it seemed impossible. My direct feeling and conclusion is: "Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible." I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because their business felt pretty much fully automated, and getting help was a nightmare, leaving me with that feeling of no way to get help.

CS Rep: I understand you're having trouble with your glasses and previous interactions. I apologize for any difficulty you've experienced. Could you please provide your order number and describe the specific issue with the prescription? Customer: My order number is 12345. My vision is blurry with these glasses, and I'm honestly starting to feel like your company just takes the money and then makes it impossible to fix anything. It feels fully automated, and when I do get someone, they just want to end the call. CS Rep: I hear your concerns, and I truly apologize that you feel that way.
