⚠️ A Dangerous Mistake & A Customer Service Nightmare

I'm writing this as a warning. My experience was beyond frustrating and frankly, dangerous. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. After days of trying, I finally reached a representative, and I felt it was my duty to share the conversation that followed. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars.

Customer: Finally, a person! I've been trying to reach someone for days. You sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses. I've been getting dizzy and nauseous trying to wear them.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this and I deeply apologize for the discomfort this has caused. This is not the standard we aim for. Could you please provide your order number so I can fix this for you immediately?

Customer: The order is [Order Number]. I've already tried your useless chats and emails. I need this resolved now. How does a mistake like this even happen? It's dangerous.

CS Rep: I completely agree, and I've located your order. We will remake your glasses with the correct prescription and expedite the shipping at no cost. I am also emailing you a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair right now. For this serious error, I am also processing a full refund.
