Wrong Prescription, ZERO Support: A Shopper's Nightmare 😠
I am writing this to warn others about my truly terrible online shopping experience. I feel completely ripped off and ignored, and I don't want anyone else to go through this. To put it plainly, they "Sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars." After being stonewalled by automated systems, I was finally forced into this conversation to try and get some kind of resolution.
Customer: Finally, a real person! I was sent the wrong prescription. These glasses are making me dizzy and nauseous, and it's been impossible to get through to anyone for days.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this error and the discomfort it's causing you. That is completely unacceptable. Can you please provide your order number so I can address this immediately?
Customer: The order number is [Order Number]. I just want the correct glasses or a refund. This is a safety issue, and your lack of response has been infuriating.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see the order now, and I sincerely apologize for our mistake and the communication failure. We will remake your glasses with the correct prescription and ship them via express mail at no cost to you.
Customer: Fine. You'd better get it right this time. What do I do with this pair that makes me sick?
CS Rep: I am emailing you a prepaid return shipping label right now. Please send the incorrect pair back at your convenience. Your new order is already being processed.
