GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA! This absolute lack of support and resolution is why I felt compelled to contact customer service and now share my frustration.

Customer: My order #105081183, placed on February 24th, has still not arrived, and I haven't received my refund of $246.00. The tracking is stuck, and your automated system just keeps telling me it's "in transit." I need my money back. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with your order and the delay in receiving your refund. Let me pull up your order number, 105081183, right now to investigate the status. Customer: This has been going on for weeks. I'm beyond frustrated. What exactly are you going to do to get my money back? I just want my $246.00 back. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. It's unacceptable for your order to be delayed this long. I see the refund was initiated but appears stuck. I am escalating this to our finance team immediately to process it manually and will personally follow up to ensure it's completed within 3-5 business days. Customer: So, I'll actually get my refund this time, not another vague "it's in transit" message or more waiting? CS Rep: Yes, I am confirming the direct escalation for a manual refund processing. You will receive an email confirmation once it's fully processed.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
