Nightmare! GlassesUSA Order Disaster - Avoid at All Costs 😡
Let me tell you, my experience ordering glasses from GlassesUSA was an absolute nightmare. I’m writing this not just to vent, but to warn others. My order, placed months ago, is still a disaster. "Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" That pretty much sums it up. The constant delays, the unhelpful customer service, the sheer incompetence – it was infuriating. I felt I had no choice but to leave a review and try to get someone to actually listen.
Customer: I ordered glasses on March 30th with express shipping, and it's now nearly a month later and I still don't have them. The tracking hasn't updated in weeks. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I apologize for the delay in receiving your order. Can I get your order number please?
Customer: It's [Order Number - not provided in source data]. I paid extra for express shipping, and this is ridiculous. I just want my glasses or a full refund.
CS Rep: I see your order here. It appears there was a significant backlog in production. I can offer you a full refund or a expedited reshipment.
Customer: I want a full refund. I've wasted so much time on this.
CS Rep: Okay, I have processed a full refund to your original payment method. You should see it reflected within 3-5 business days.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
